This month we have many interesting, informative and fun activities.

July 1 - every classroom will have a picnic in the play yard

July 3 - 9:30 or 10:00 a.m. is our annual 4th of July parade. Parents are welcome!

This month we will celebrate our community helpers.

July 6 - postal worker 9:30 a.m.

July 7 - FBI agent 10:00 a.m.

July 8 - Pre K grip to Albertsons 9:45 a.m.

July 9 - Veterinarian (time to be announced)

July 10 - Life guard (time to be announced)

SCIENCE AND DISCOVERY WEEK

July 15 10:00 a.m. - Bubble Man (from Discovery Science)

FAIRY TALE WEEK

July 24 - Children's Play 6:00 - 7:30 pm (for parents, family and friends)

PUPPET WEEK

July 28 - Build a Wooden Puppet (John & Katie the Builders 9:30 - 10:30 am)

July 29 - 10:00 am Puppet show

It's JUNE and summer is here! We have many fun and informative events scheduled at our school this month:

The Week of June 1 is Teacher Appreciation Week.

June 11 - Director's Chat

June 17th (9:00 - 10:00) a Traveling Scientist will be visiting each classroom. He is bringing with him some small animals and reptiles to show all of us. Since many of us do not get the opportunity to see many of these animals up close, this will be an interesting experience for us all.

June 18th - PAL Meeting 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Childcare offered. Please sign up if needed.

June 19th - 4:30 - 5:30 - We are making Father's Day Root Beer Floats for Dad. Yum!

June 26th - Open House - 6:00 = 7:30

HAPPY MAY! THIS MONTH IS FULL OF FUN AND INFORMATION:

Cinco de Mayo picnic/potluck for staff, parents and children. 6:00 pm at the school There will be games and a folklore dance group for your entertainment.

May 13 and 14 at 7:00 pm the nurse from the Saddleback School District will do ear and eye checks.

At the May 12 PAL meeting, we will also have a nutritionist who will speak on obesity, picky eaters, healthy snacks etc. From 6:00 to 7:30 pm

May 28th Life Touch, professional photographers will be at the school to take photos of your child. Photos will be available for you to see and purchase if you want to.

May 5 at 5:30 - 7:30 pm Cinco de Mayo picnic for parents, children and school staff on site. Potluck supper, games for the kids and a folklore dance group will be performing.

May 13 and 14 the Saddleback School District nurse will do ear and eye checks from 9:00 to 11:44 am.

May 12 - Parent Advisory League (PAL) meeting, 6:00 to 7:30 pm. Also at the PAL meeting we will have a nutritionist who will speak on obesity, pickey eaters, healthy snacks, etc.

May 28 - Life Touch Photos. Life Touch, a photography company, will be coming to our school to take photos of the children for parent review and purchase if desired.
